Article Marketing / Placement, Syndication
Article marketing services help to brand your firm, your website and yourself (or whoever serves as the author) in the online environment. This service takes the following shape:
- You (or someone) writes an article about a topic, idea, thought, etc.
- We take that article and help get it featured and/or syndicated on one or more websites in your industry or topic area.
- Visitors to those other websites read your article, click a link in the article or in your author bio section, and visit your site.
- In addition to the traffic you get, this is a means of building high-quality links to your website. That helps with search rankings in addition to direct, relevant traffic.
We've chosen to use the term article marketing to describe this process. Others may term it bylined article placement, article syndication, article distribution or something else. Technically there are differences in the semantics with these terms, but for our purposes they are all close enough.
