January Round Up
January 2013 has been a busy month at Ephricon! Well, every month is a pleasantly busy month at Ephricon, but January was different because our internal activity meter was moved to “ludicrous speed“.
Newly Hired: Director of Client Services
First, we would like to introduce our new Director of Client Services… drum roll please! It’s Corey Creed. Over the next few months, Corey will be assigned to projects such as overseeing new client kickoff strategies and activities, working with Campaign Managers to standardize processes, and a few other items that have yet to be thrown at him announced.
Corey has an expansive internet marketing background, most notably running his own consulting and training firm, Hippo Internet Marketing, since 2003. He brings a unique blend of marketing talent, subject matter expertise, training experience, and organizational skills to share with our team. To say we are excited to have him on board is an understatement! We are ecstatic to see more cohesiveness, in terms of internal processes and systems, and we’re looking forward to having another agency expert hanging around the office to help make Ephricon even more fabulous than it already is. Working on our Own Marketing
Our Developer, Garrett Tichy, has been working behind the scenes on Ephricon’s brand and everything affiliated with it. Look for design changes to everything Ephricon has out there right now, from our website to our social media pages, Garrett & Jon (agency founder) are developing some cool ideas. Most are still at the brainstorming stage right now, but are set to go live in Q2.
Happy Workaversary to Nicole!
Another noteworthy event: Our Internet Marketing Associate, Nicole Barbato just celebrated her 1 year anniversary here with Ephricon. Nicole has been a wonderful addition to our team, she has been an invaluable asset with the implementation of our inbound marketing campaigns. From blogger outreach to quality content placements, Nicole is very fast and efficient in organizing and pitching content. Thank you Nicole for giving Ephricon your best, we hope to watch you grow with us and dive even deeper into our inbound marketing niche.

Watch Out… We’re Organized!
Finally, Ephricon has launched TeamworkPM as our project management software. TeamworkPM is an upgrade from our prior software, it integrates time tracking on tasks, team communication, delegation, and above all, helps everyone on our team to stay organized and collaborate more efficiently. TeamworkPM will also enable our new Director of Client Services to stay on top of all campaigns, and monitor activity and progress.
