Web Developer (F/T)
Charlotte, NC

We’re looking for a mid-level web developer to join our team and lead up our development efforts.  Must be experienced with a LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP).  Must be a clean coder.  This position will do both front-end (HTML, CSS) and backend development.  The type of work will include both larger projects such as full website re-designs and building internal applications and also smaller projects such as WordPress  themes, hooking up contact forms and tracking scripts, creating new landing pages and updating client websites.  Experience navigating servers and hosting environments is a plus, as are front-end graphic design skills and any existing knowledge of SEO.  Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.

SEO Campaign Manager (F/T)
Charlotte, NC

Open position for an SEO specialist.  What we call “SEO Campaign Manager” is part SEO strategist, part project manager, part SEO do-er, and part relationship manager.  This is not a sales position.  This position will plan and execute organic SEO campaigns for our clients, and will “own” the accounts, communicating with clients and managing the relationship.  Your job is to 1) grow website traffic, 2) increase website-driven leads and 3) ensure our client’s complete satisfaction for roughly 6 to 10 client accounts.

Will work directly under company president, who will provide strategic direction and advising as needed.  Must be both an SEO person and an account management person.  Must be a self-starter and productive working independently.  Minimum 6-months organic SEO experience required, more experience is strongly preferred.  Preference given to agency experience and/or consulting experience.  Intermediate or better HTML and CSS experience strongly preferred.  General business and marketing aptitude a must.  PPC experience is a plus but not required.  Some sales experience a plus, though sales is less than 10% of the job.  Minimal travel is part of the job, 10% or less.  Full-time position, on-location only (15 min south of uptown Charlotte).  Not available to telecommuters or in any sort of “virtual” arrangement.  Salary + bonus structure.

Looking for an entry level  internet marketing assistant to aid in online marketing and SEO efforts for our clients.  Experience not necessary, but someone with better-than-average internet and/or technical skills is preferred.  Should also be a superior communicator – both written and oral communication, as your work will reflect the reputation of our clients.

This is a full-time, in-the-office position.  Entry level salary with room for advancement, negotiable and dependent upon experience and skill set. We do offer company-sponsored group health insurance with 100% coverage for the employee. Coverage for dependents is offered but is at your own expense. Two weeks of PTO plus 6-8 holidays are included. No retirement benefits are currently offered.

Internet Marketing Intern

Ephricon ise seeking an intern to assist with online marketing and SEO efforts for our clients.  The position is geared towards Marketing, PR and Communications students.  The intern will assist our team with various research and production tasks as needed to meet client goals and campaign objectives.  Training will be provided.  We’re seeking a top-notch student with passion for online marketing.
