SEO & Internet Marketing Campaign Manager (F/T)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Open position for an Internet Marketing strategist and project manager.  What we call “Campaign Manager” is part Internet Marketing strategist, part project manager, part do-er, and part relationship manager.  This is NOT a sales position.  This position will plan and execute organic SEO and internet marketing campaigns for our clients, and will “own” the accounts, communicating with clients and managing the relationship.

Your job is to:

• Grow website traffic
• Increase website-driven leads
• Ensure our client’s complete satisfaction for roughly 6 to 10 client accounts.

You will have a great deal of autonomy in this position to design and implement campaigns for our clients.  With that autonomy comes great responsibility.  Must be both an “SEO person” and an “account management person”.  Must be a self-starter and productive working independently.  Minimum 12-months organic SEO experience required, more experience is strongly preferred.  Preference given to agency experience and/or consulting experience.  Intermediate or better HTML and CSS experience strongly preferred.  General business and marketing aptitude a must.  PPC experience is a plus but not required.  Some sales experience a plus, though sales is less than 10% of the job.  Minimal travel is part of the job, roughly 10% or less.  Full-time position, on-location only (15 min south of uptown Charlotte).  Not available to telecommuters or in any sort of “virtual” arrangement.  Salary + bonus structure.

Internet Marketing Associate (F/T)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Looking for an entry level/early career internet marketing associate with a passion for digital marketing.  Experience in content creation, PR, or communications is preferred. Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, Dreamweaver & PHP is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities would include:

This is a full-time, in-the-office position.  Entry level salary with room for advancement, negotiable and dependent upon experience and skill set. We do offer company-sponsored group health insurance with 100% coverage for the employee. Coverage for dependents is offered but is at your own expense. Two weeks of PTO plus 6-8 holidays are included. No retirement benefits are currently offered.

Internet Marketing Internships (PAID) - Summer 2013

Location: Charlotte, NC

Executive Assistant

Location: Charlotte, NC

We’re looking for an experience Executive Assistant / Office Manager who has a passion for marketing, organization, and helping part of a dynamic team in the digital marketing space.

This position will involve wearing many hats, including assistant to the President of the company, office organization and management, event planning, “director of first impressions” for clients and prospects, maintaining company records, screening sales leads and job applicants, and pretty much anything else we can think of to make your job more interesting.

Ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping businesses grow and stay organized. Experience in lead management and/or sales is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills, willingness to learn new software programs and processes, and an overall excitement about change and growth is a must. Bookkeeping and accounting experience is a plus, though not a large part of the job.
